Over the years there have been many faces on our team, but these two fellas are the day-ones. Joseph (left) serves as the founder and executive director, and Dante (right) serves as the lead barista and secretary.

As a data geek, spreadsheet enthusiast, and avid note-taker, it's clear why Joseph would be our lead educator and founder.
Joseph’s coffee journey began when his grandmother purchased him a Chemex for Christmas. Little did he realize that this singular gift would be the beginning of a lifelong passion.

Dante Baker // secretary, lead barista
After coming to nearly every monthly workshop for a year, it was inevitable that Dante would be a part of our team. It has been a running joke (but at this point, it is no joke) that Dante can consistently make the best pour-over out of any of us.
His benevolence and gentle nature inspire us! Dante is also sure to slide some clever humor into his coffee brewing.
Dante works in the food service industry and has a heart for hospitality.
